The implementation of effective marketing strategies has a major influence on small businesses’ ability to be competitive and profitable (Franco, 2018). Fifty percent of firms fail within 5 years of beginning operation and usually, lack of profits due to ineffective marketing is a key reason for failure (U.S. Small Business Administration, 2018).
Social media marketing relies more on human behavior than structured advertisements and so the study will seek to find out how this affects the consumer purchase power.
Many small business owners lack social media marketing (SMM) strategies to generate sales growth. Small business owners are concerned with increasing sales growth to ensure sustainability. Grounded in Rogers’ diffusion of innovation theory, the purpose of this qualitative multiple case study was to explore SMM strategies some small business
Through this study, this thesis intends to find out why the digital marketing tools are a vital part of marketing in current competitive market including the obstacles throughout the research.
This thesis will focus on the three digital marketing strategies: content marketing, live streaming e-commerce, and trust fission. As a marketing method that has existed since the paper media era, content marketing has been given new meanings in the social media era.
The thesis aims to investigate the impacts of social media marketing on brand awareness through a case study. Both secondary and primary data will be used to provide in-depth information for this research. It is crucial to collect previous studies to gain a general knowledge
