        ஒரு மீட்டர் அளவுகோலினால் அளக்க முடிந்த மிகச்சிறிய அளவு அதன் மீச்சிற்றளவு எனப்படும்.

3. பூமியில் ஒரு மனிதனின் நிறை 50 கி.கி எனில் அவரின் எடை எவ்வளவு?

ஒரு மனிதனின் நிறை: 50 கி.கி

எடை ( w ) mg =  50 x 9 8 - 490  நியூட்டன்.

4. அளவீடு என்றால் என்ன?

                   அளவீடு என்பது  ஒரு பொருளின் பண்பையோ அல்லது நிகழ்வையோ மற்றொரு பொருளின் பண்பு அல்லது நிகழ்வுடன் ஒப்பிட்டு அப்பொருளுக்கு அல்லது நிகழ்வுக்கு ஒரு எண்மதிப்பை வழங்குவதாகும்.

5. வெப்பநிலையை அளக்கக் கூடிய அலகுகள் யாவை?

        டிகிரி செல்சியல் ( C ) மற்றும் பாரன்ஹீட்  ( F ) ஆகும்.

III. பெரு வினா

1. SI அலகுகளை எழுதும் போது பின்பற்ற வேண்டிய விதிகளுள் ஏதேனும் 5-ஐ எழுது.

 * அறிவியல் அறிஞர்களின் பெயர்களால் குறிக்கப்படும் அலகுகளை எழுதும்போது  , முதல் எழுத்து பெரிய எழுத்தாக இருக்கக் கூடாது.

எடுத்துக்காட்டு : newton , henry , ampere

* அறிவியல் அறிஞர்களின் பெயர்களால் குறிக்கப்படும் அலகுகளின் குறியீடுகளை பெரிய எழுத்தால் எழுத வேண்டும்.

எடுத்துக்காட்டு : newton என்பது N , henry  என்பது H .

* அலகுகளின் குறியீடுகளைப் பன்மையில் எழுதக் கூடாது.

எடுத்துக்காட்டு : 10Kg என்பதை 10 Kgs என எழுதக் கூடாது.

* வெப்பநிலையை கெல்வின் ( kelvin ) அலகால் குறிப்பிடும்போது டிகிரி குறி இடக்கூடாது.

* ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்பட்ட குறியீடுகளை மட்டுமே பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும்.

எடுத்துக்காட்டு : Ampere என்பதை amp என்றோ second என்பதை sec என்றோ எழுதக்கூடாது.

2. ஒரு ரூபாய் நாணயத்தின் தடிமனை எவ்வாறு கணக்கிடுவாய்?    திருகு அளவியைப் பயன்படுத்தி ஒரு ரூபாய் நாணயத்தின் தடிமனைக் கண்டறிவேன்.

* முதலில் திருகு அளவியின் புரியிடைத்தூரம் , மீச்சிற்றளவு  மற்றும் சுழிப்பிழையைக் கண்டுபிடிப்பேன்.

* திருகு அளவியின் இரு சமதளப் பரப்புகளுக்கு இடையே மெல்லிய நாணத்தை வைப்பேன்.

* பற்சட்ட அமைப்பின் உதவியால் திருகைத் திருகி நாணயத்தை நன்றாகப் பற்றிக் கொள்ளுமாறு செய்வேன்.

* புரிக்கால் காட்டும் அளவையும் ( PSR ) புரிக்கோலின் வரைகோட்டுடன் இணையும் தலைக்கோல் ( HSC ) பிரிவையும் குறித்துக் கொள்வேன்.

நாணயத்தின் தடிமன் = P.S.R + திருத்தப்பட்ட H.S.R.

அதாவது , P.S.R + ( HSC± ZC ) XLC

* நாணயத்தின் வெவ்வேறு பகுதிகளைத் திருகு அளவியின் சமதளப் பரப்புகளுக்கிடையே வைத்துச் சோதனையைத் திரும்பச் செய்வேன்.

* அளவீடுகளை அட்டவணைப்படுத்துவேன்.

* கடைசிக் கட்டத்தில் உள்ள பல்வேறு அளவுகளின் சராசரி நாணயத்தின் தடிமனைக் கொடுக்கும் என்பதைக் கண்டறிவேன்.

The ancient Tamils had a rich heritage of scientific understanding in various fields, including astronomy, mathematics, engineering, and medicine. The impact on the Tamil language after the arrival of Europeans and the development of scientific Tamil will be explained. The ancient Tamils’ number, weighing, measuring, and stretching levels, and the terminology referred to in the ancient literature, about the stagnation of terminology and the development of terminology, will be explained. In addition, data on the Tamil method of teaching, the period of re-emergence of terminology, scientific Tamil books, and a glossary will be compiled. The concept of mother tongue-based education and the development of Tamil medium education today will be pictured. Finally, in the concluding remarks, the need and necessity of scientific Tamil will be summed up. The data examined on the role of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam in the development of scientific Tamil since the 1960s will also be clearly presented.
